Meet Geynille

Geynille B. Agee has spent her career helping people understand the information that protects their health, their families, and their communities. For 14 years she served as a Senior Trainer in HIV, STD, and Hepatitis Prevention with the City of Houston Health Department, designing and delivering workshops, seminars, and training materials for audiences across the city.

Through Community Mental Health Associates, she leads parenting classes and mental health workshops for agencies and churches, helping parents build confidence at home and helping communities talk openly about trauma and healing. Her years of hands on work in child development give her a grounded, compassionate approach to these conversations.

Her work with young children runs just as deep. For more than 10 years she served as a Child Development Specialist in the Infant Stimulation program at MHMRA of Houston, working with infants, toddlers, and their families during the earliest and most formative stage of development.

She also builds the tools that make training last. She compiled a peer education training manual and developed the Hidden Dangers manual for the Houston Police Department.
